Quran 65
This is Quran chapter 65
In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
O prophet! When you divorce women, then divorce them at their term, and calculate the term and fear God your Lord. Do not drive them out of their houses, nor should they leave unless they have committed manifest adultery. And these are God's limits, and whoever transgresses God's limits then certainly he has wronged himself. You know not, perhaps God will bring about after that a matter.
And when they have reached their term then retain them with kindness, or separate from them with kindness; and call to witness two just men among you, and give upright testimony to God. That is instructed to whoever believes in God and the Last day. And whoever fears God - He will make for him a way out, and He will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon God - then He is sufficient for him: indeed, God will attain His purpose: - indeed, God has set for everything a measure.
And those of your women who despair of menstruation, - if you doubt, then their term is three months; and those who have not menstruated too. And those who are heavy with child their term is when they have laid down their burden; and whoever fears God, He will make for him of his affair ease. That is God's command, He has sent it down to you; and whoever fears God He will cover for him his offences and will make great for him his reward.
Lodge them where you dwell, according to your means, and do not harm them, to distress them; and if they are heavy with child, then spend on them until they lay down their burdens; and if they breastfeed for you, then give them their payment, and consult among yourselves with kindness; but if you are in difficulties, then another woman shall suckle the child for him.
Let him who has plenty spend of his plenty; and he whose provision is restricted - let him spend from what God has given him; God will not charge any soul except with what He has given it; - God will make after difficulty ease!
And how many a city has turned away from the command of its Lord and His messengers; So We called it to a severe account, and We punished it with an unheard-of punishment! So it tasted the evil results of its conduct; and the end of their conduct was loss! God prepared for them severe punishment; - so fear God, O men possessed of minds who believe! God has indeed sent down to you a reminder; - A messenger to recite to you God's clear signs; - to bring out those who believe and do good works from darkness into light! And whoever believes in God and acts right He will bring him into gardens beneath which rivers flow, to dwell therein forever. Indeed, God has made good provision for him.
It is God who created seven heavens, and of the earth, the like of them. The command descends between them, that you may know that God is powerful over everything and that God indeed, surrounds all things in knowledge.
